In 2022, S-E-A Tampa relocated its corporate office to a 20,700-square-foot facility on Sunstate Street, renovated by The Sinclair Group to suit the Forensic company's unique vision, and leave the company with plenty of room for growth and expansion. With a combination of interior and exterior improvements, our team’s work on this office included a brand-new state-of-the-art motion capture lab, an integrated product laboratory and evidence warehouse, a meeting center for live events, and a motion capture lab with an integrated weight training facility.
