This project was the interior expansion/ build-out of the 52,890 SF South University Campus in Tampa, FL. The Sinclair Group completed an additional renovation of the campus in 2014, which involved a new registrars office and academic success center, 7 new offices on the first floor, 7 new lecture halls, a video conference control room, a computer lab, and 3 simulation rooms.
