In 2023, The Sinclair Group renovated a building in the Pinecrest West Park neighborhood of Tampa into a brand-new office space for Spectrio, a digital signage and customer engagement firm. The customer design center, showroom, and head office headquarters, were quoted by Sixteen: Nine as “a facility that makes a direct nod to how workplaces are changing.” The scope of the project included 19 hoteling cubicles, multiple collaborative workspaces, and a private office for guests. The renovation also included a warehouse intended for logistics operations, as well as a hardware provisioning space. Most notably, the modernized workspace included a design center and showroom, allowing customers and prospects to see contextual examples of Spectrio technology at work.
