The Sinclair team completed a full interior renovation and modernization of Spectrio’s existing office space, transforming it into a refreshed and contemporary work environment. The scope of work included the construction of two new interior walls to improve layout and usability, installation of new flooring throughout, and complete interior repainting. The project also featured custom millwork in the breakroom, refinishing of existing doors to extend their lifespan while elevating appearance, and the removal of internal windows. Additional upgrades included the installation of new ceiling tiles and exterior window tinting.
