The Sinclair Team completed the ground-up construction of a new Starbucks location on Hillsborough Avenue. The scope of this project included the installation of erosion control devices along the property boundary, as well as the construction of an elevated aluminum canopy, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal. The result is a contemporary, welcoming space that provides the community with a familiar yet uniquely local Starbucks experience.
