The Terrace Storage Center project involved the comprehensive redevelopment of a former bowling alley and laser-tag entertainment complex into a modern mixed-use facility. The total site area encompassed 166,882 SF, with 87,054 SF dedicated to climate-controlled self-storage facilities. The remaining space was carefully constructed to accommodate complementary retail, dining, and professional office tenants, creating a cohesive and functional mixed-use environment. The scope of work included selective demolition of the existing structure, structural modifications, interior and exterior build-out, and full coordination of building systems to support the diverse operational requirements of each use.
