The Sinclair Group delivered full design-build and ground-up construction services for the United States Bowling Congress International Training and Research Center in Arlington, Texas. This 24,157-square-foot facility serves as the central hub for bowling equipment testing, research, and regulation, ensuring the sport’s technology meets the highest performance standards. The center is also home to Team USA and Junior Team USA and hosts elite coaching and training programs for teams and individual athletes. The facility includes 15,421 square feet of bowling lanes and service aisles, along with offices, a pro shop, equipment testing areas, an exercise room, and a meeting room.
