Historical Renovation of Full Service Restaurant | Tampa
The Willa’s project was a historical adaptive reuse of a warehouse into a high-end, full-service restaurant, bar and coffee shop. The construction consisted of selective demolition, removing the existing roof structure, reinforcing the existing walls with steel columns, and constructing a new roof. Interior build- out included kitchen and dining areas, with new HVAC system and walk-in coolers.
