The Sinclair team completed a full renovation of an existing building to create Yummy House China Bistro, an award-winning local restaurant recognized as Best in the Bay by Creative Loafing for seven consecutive years. The project included a complete interior demolition followed by installation of all-new electrical systems, restaurant equipment, a custom walk-in cooler, and custom cabinetry. Finishing touches included a custom mural by local artist Illsol and interior design by Charlie Shiller, resulting in a modern, welcoming dining space that reflects Yummy House’s distinctive brand and culinary excellence.
