The Sinclair Group has completed two major construction projects for Berkeley Preparatory School, the nationally regarded, independent day school in Tampa dedicated to offering outstanding resources to its students through numerous facilities on its 86-acre campus. The most extensive project our team delivered for Berkeley Preparatory School was the ground-up construction of a new Arts & Sciences building, designed primarily to foster student investment and progression in music. The building was equipped with state-of-the-art partitions and sound walls, modernized for the latest developments in sonic design. Landscape and sidewalk modifications were made to ensure the building blended seamlessly into the Berkeley Campus, the newest addition to its innovative curriculum.
