Nursing School Campus Interior Buildout
The Herzing University project was a 1st (partial) and 3rd floor interior tenant build out in Sabal Park, including demolition. The facility includes office and classroom spaces, a student lounge, faculty offices, and skilled lab areas. The Sinclair Group followed all Sabal Corporate Center construction policies in order to maintain a first-class office building for the other tenants and their clients.
