The Tampa Bay Outpatient Medical Center project was a single-story, ground-up healthcare facility designed to support a wide range of outpatient medical services. The project included the construction and build-out of multiple procedural suites, recovery areas, exam rooms, and patient waiting spaces, along with dedicated staff amenities such as a break room and staff lounge. Clinical corridors were carefully planned and constructed to accommodate essential medical functions, including nurses’ stations and scrub stations. The facility also features several specialty spaces, including anesthesia support areas, decontamination rooms, nuclear camera rooms, a hot lab, and biohazard storage.
