The Sinclair team completed the renovation of the Grande Senior Living facility in Brooksville, FL in collaboration with architect Brian D. Wolfe, to improve both medical and residential spaces. Exterior work included new landscaping and updated window/door elevations to enhance curb appeal and functionality. Interior improvements featured new plumbing, lighting systems, and a reinforced foundation, all constructed to support a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.
