The Sinclair Group completed a large-scale build-out of the Grande Senior Living facility in Brooksville, FL, transforming it into an upscale retirement home and medical facility. Exterior work on the project included new landscaping and updated window/door elevations to enhance curb appeal and functionality. The interior layout and finishes of the building were fully transformed, including all new plumbing and lighting systems, as well as a reinforced foundation to support a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.
