Our team completed the renovation of the Grande Senior Living facility in Tampa, collaborating with architect Brian D. Wolfe to improve both medical and residential spaces. Exterior work included new landscaping and updated window and door elevations to enhance curb appeal and functionality. Interior improvements featured new plumbing, lighting systems, and a reinforced foundation, all constructed to support a safe, comfortable living environment for residents. This renovation balanced aesthetic enhancements with essential infrastructure upgrades to better serve the needs of senior residents.
